Uses conditions

The software is a system of capture and diffusion of contents audio, video, images, texts allowing the user a diffusion on Internet. The software cannot in no case to intervene on control, exactitude, legality, the quality or the reliability of the contents diffused by the user on his site. The user of the software is the only person in charge for the publication and of the diffusion of these data and it commits itself respecting the laws and payments in force:

• INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS - the user of the software commits himself to comply with the rules as regards royalties and to patent rights such as the vidéos, musics, texts, articles, photographs… and for this reason not making illicit diffusion or reproduction in particular: you can put on line only sound recordings and/or videogrammes for which you collected as a preliminary the assent of the author, artist, interprets, producer, editor (S) of sound records and videogrammes, in accordance with the legislation into force relating to the intellectual properties laws.
• LAW AND ORDER - the user of the software commits himself complying with the rules of law and order, such as for example the regulation as regards pornographic, racist or illicit contents which would be likely to attack the integrity or to the sensitivity of another Net surfer, of a third… and for this reason to abstain from diffusing messages in abusive matter, insulting, disparaging, or degrading.
• PRIVATE LIFE - the user of the software commits himself complying with the rules relating to the respect of the private life of the people, Net surfers connected on the site or third and to abstain from defaming or insulting whoever, connected.
• DATA-PROCESSING HACKING- the user of the software commits himself complying with the rules relating to the respect of the private life of the people, Net surfers connected on the site or third and to abstain from defaming or insulting whoever, connected.
• PERSONAL USE- the user of the software commits himself making a personal use of his video Blog which is a space of expression and not of promotion. The use at ends of communication, marketing, publicity etc) of the software without having an authorization of commercial exploitation written of the editor is strictly prohibited.

Any infringement noted in these conditions of operating (which are included in the licence of the software) will put immediately fine and without notice at the licence of use of the software and will be likely continuations against the contraveners.
